When it is time to celebrate the special moments in life with family and friends, the St. James Community Center is the ideal location for your celebration.  With one of the largest Ballrooms in the area, we can accommodate more than 300 guests.  Our professional staff will help you plan and host a truly memorable occasion.

What is included in the Special Event Package?
 
◊   A beautifully appointed ballroom with adjacent outdoor terrace and covered bar area
◊   Tables, chairs and dance floor all set to your specification by our expert staff
◊   Additional private spaces for the family or bridal party to gather    
◊   A rental agreement period of up to 10-hours to allow ample of time for decoration
◊   Our large warming kitchen will allow your caterer to create and deliver exceptional fare
◊   From Stage risers to video projection, to free wireless access and ample guest parking


What is the Special Event Package cost?

    $2,495.00 includes all facility use and services fees
    An advanced deposit of 50% is due with signed agreement
    Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event
    Additional set-up time may be reserved for an hourly fee
    Charges are subject to applicable sales tax
