The Emergency Management team serves the residents of the Town of St. James by directing and coordinating emergency services and Homeland Security/FEMA programs to prepare, respond, and recover from emergencies and disasters. We work with local, county and state agencies to coordinate tasks and to provide information updates on a regular and timely basis.
Our team of volunteers is active throughout the year in an effort to advance our systems and skills. We are also committed to organizing and presenting educational events so that residents can be prepared for the inevitable challenges that come with living in a coastal area.
