Mosquito Control

Mosquito control services are provided by the Brunswick County Mosquito Control Division.  A request for spraying in your area should be called into 253-2511.  The Mosquito Control Division is limited in staff and equipment and has a very large territory.

Tips to help control mosquitoes:

Eliminate standing water in ditches, gutters, and low spots.

Keep bird baths clean and empty receptacles that collect water such as hose containers and empty planters and pots.

Mow grass and trim overgrown shrubs.

Maintain swimming pool to prevent mosquito breeding.
