House Pets

All dog and cats must have owner identification information including owner telephone number and name attached to pet collars. The St. James POA requires that within the Plantation dogs must be kept on leash when not in a fenced yard. The Town adopted the Brunswick County Animal Control Ordinance on July 7, 2015, and contracts with Brunswick County Sheriff's Department, Animal Control Division who is responsible for enforcing the Animal Control Ordinance.
